What is the minimum order size?
There is no fixed minimum. We work on a single-room fit-out as well as a complete hotel; the factory's minimum order quantity is something we negotiate on your behalf.
Can I see samples before production?
Yes. We arrange samples or a video call from the factory before you approve production. Production starts only after your written approval.
How do you charge for your service?
Depending on the project, either as a fixed price for delivered goods or as a service fee on top of the factory price. You see the structure in the quote.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on production time and the freight mode. Every quote includes a dated schedule for production, shipment and arrival.
Do you handle customs in Georgia?
We prepare all export documents and certificates and coordinate customs clearance together with licensed customs brokers in Georgia.
